I will be the first to admit that I am not the best artist. I am better than most 5 year olds, but all in all I kinda suck. Though I have been trying to get better, and I do practice. I was inspired by Don Bluth, a chief animator for the Dragon’s Lair arcade game. I remember being so inspired that I came home when I was very young after playing the game and started to draw out my own “movie”. It was going to be a great hit, my dad, smiled when he heard what I wanted to do. I was just a child that was inspired easily. I am still very much that way today. I have been inspired by many artists as of late and I really just aspire to be able to draw my own art for my role playing game and other RPG supplements. Time will tell if I create anything that will be remotely acceptable for publication.

I enjoy the process of drawing and making art, though it can be insanely frustrating at times. However, I do see progress. At least from time to time.

I don’t know why I am writing or posting about this. However, I just got done with this picture, the one you see as the post. It is not that great…..at all. However, I am seeing progress with it. As well, I am experimenting with colors which is interesting. I will keep going in hopes that one day I will start to make art that will fit within the realm of decent enough art to share, sell, or publish in one way shape or form. I will not be an Easley, Parkinson, Achillos, or Frazetta.

But I can dream.
